     1994. On 9 March 1995 the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry asked the DGFT to seek an

     undertaking from Stagecoach to divest.

(6) Stagecoach's acquisition of a 20 per cent holding in SBH was referred to the MMC on 21 December

     1994. On 27 April 1995 the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry asked the DGFT to seek an

     undertaking from Stagecoach to divest.
